China’s Insurance Regulator calls for Improved Risk Management
China’s insurance regulator called on the companies it oversees to tighten risk-management procedures and be alert to potential loopholes.
Insurance companies need to enhance their ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and gradually improve profitability, Wu Dingfu, chairman of China Insurance Regulatory Commission, was cited as saying in a statement posted on the watchdog’s Web site today. Source
